Special Needs

No person or group is permitted to bring, use or serve alcohol in the park. 

The renting person or organization assumes liability for participants and hereby holds harmless all Park Board Members, The City of Cave Spring and any elected city officials. 

In the event of inclement weather, rescheduling may be allowed based upon future availability. NO REFUNDS PERMITTED.

Amplified sound for music or announcements must be held to a minimum as courtesy for the surrounding neighborhood. In appropriate language is prohibited. All amplified sound must end by 9pm.

The renting person or organization may be required to provide their own dumpster to be located beside the park dumpster. 

Based upon your type of event and activities as well as events open to the public, you may be required to obtain a special event insurance policy. 

Any special temporary fencing may be erected the day before your event begins. All such fencing must be a minimum of 30 feet away from park structures. 

Once application is approved, a contract and invoice requiring signature and 50% deposit will be due in 10 days of receipt of application approval. Balance will be due 30 days prior to event.
